Two weeks ago my mom had a car accident. She is okay but her car didn’t make it.
Last week my daughter had a rage. First one in a few years. Lasted less then 30 minutes.
This week my dad has slipped into a coma and has pneumonia. He has a do not resuscitate order – so all they are doing at the nursing home is making him comfortable. They think he had a stroke.
These things have prevented me from writing a post. Will be back soon!

Just an update : our sacred breath will return with new posts in the new year. My father passed away and I have taken some much needed personal time to grieve his loss and recover from a very stressful few months. Taking time to breathe! Blessings to all.
